Introduction

This webpage provides access to documents related to the MIS student financial aid reports (SF-applicants, FA-financial aid awards) submitted by the Foothill-De Anza Community College District (FHDA CCD) to the Management Information System (MIS) unit of California Community Colleges Chancellor's Office (CCCCO). The documents describe methods and procedures used for data cleanup and submission of the MIS student financial aid reports and provide statistics for the data submitted.

Crosswalk BETWEEN FHDA and MIS Award Codes

This Excel document provides a crosswalk between FHDA codes (i.e., detail and fund codes related to financial aid) and MIS award codes for each college.

MIS (Management Information Systems) is a term used to identify the unit under the California Community Colleges Chancellor's Office responsible for term and annual data collection from the 72 districts/112 colleges within the system.
