MIS Student Program Awards  Submission Reports

The following documents provide summaries and analyses of the data in the MIS Student Program Awards (SP) report submitted by the Foothill-De Anza Community College District to the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office. The purpose of the information presented here is to provide users at Foothill College and De Anza College with the opportunity to review the data submitted, so that they can identify and report any problem with the data submitted in this report. The documents also provide trend analyses for the number of awards and number of students who earned degrees or certificates by college, program, and academic year.
