Introduction

The purpose of the information presented here is to provide data custodians at the FHDA CCD with the opportunity to review methods and procedures used for the MIS CB (Course Data) quarterly report submitted by the Foothill-De Anza Community College District (FHDA CCD) to the MIS Unit of the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office. Information presented here includes documentations and resources that can be used to review and assess the validity of the data submitted in this report.

MIS (Management Information Systems) is the unit under the Digital Innovation and Infrastructure division of the California Community Colleges Chancellor's Office responsible for term and annual data collection from the 72 districts/112 colleges within the system.
