Data Disaggregation

The district and colleges attempt to capture student experiences through multiple levels of data disaggregation. Self-service tools and reports are often disaggregated by numerous student and course characteristics including ethnicty, gender, special program enrollment, course modality (e.g., online). Below are examples of how the district disaggregates student self-reported race and ethnicity.

Career Technical OUtcomes Survey (CTEOS)

The CTEOS collects data on former CTE student employment outcomes, how closely related their current career is to their coursework and training, and current employment wage information. FHDA has participated in the survey since 2017. In 2024, the survey was aligned to the state chancellor's office's Vision 2030. Survey participants are contacted through email and text and receive a $10 incentive upon completion.
