MIS Quarterly Submission Reports

The quarterly submission reports are designed to (a) provide a quick summary of issues that may threaten the validity of the data submitted by the Foothill-De Anza Community College District to the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office; (b) keep track of edits or errors that need to be resolved prior resubmission; (c) help users reconcile figures shown in the MIS reports (e.g., MIS Data Mart) with related data in accountability, apportionment, or categorical program allocations reports; and (d) inform managers at the colleges regarding problems with the data submitted, or not submitted, by their divisions or departments. To access the report, click on the term for the academic year.
