MIS Quarterly Submission Reports

The quarterly submission reports serve several key functions: (a) providing a quick summary of issues that may compromise the validity of data submitted by the Foothill-De Anza Community College District to the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office; (b) tracking edits and errors that require resolution prior to resubmission; (c) assisting users in reconciling MIS report figures (e.g., MIS Data Mart) with apportionment, accountability, and categorical program allocation reports; and (d) informing college managers about missing or problematic data within their divisions or departments. To access a report, select the appropriate term for the academic year.

Notes

Quarterly reports are submitted to the MIS unit of California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office (CCCCO) usually a month after the end of the term. Data for the summer, fall, and winter terms are re-submitted in June or at the end of the academic year.

MIS (Management Information Systems) is the unit under the Digital Innovation and Infrastructure division of the California Community Colleges Chancellor's Office responsible for term and annual data collection from the 72 districts/112 colleges within the system.
